“This part didn't swivel, but the good folks here are sending me out a replacement, so no problem. I had purchased another item that I realized wasn't the correct part, and they refunded me for both and didn't require me to send that one back to them. That's what I call good customer service. I would (and have) do business with Sprinkler Supply Store again.”
