“The antenna is good ,how ever it took 5 weeks for it to get to me from this supplier.,snail mail processing with this sprinkler supplier, not to mention the weird, awkward emails they send you. Creepy not professional.”
Thanks for your review and our apologies for the delay on the shipment for this backordered part. It looks like it was about 20 days from the time the order was placed until it arrived to us and then three days shipping time from there. This is definitely longer than we generally expect for backordered items - production times and sourcing concerns from the manufacturers do often have an impact on how quickly we're able to turn an order around. We've definitely made an attempt to add some humor and personal perspective to our emails and understand that it's not everybody's cup of tea.
