“Haven't installed it yet, arrived at the customer's location too late.
They shipped the next day but used First Class mail rather than Priority Mail, which still would have been under the $9.99 that I paid for shipping. As a result it took a full week to go from Michigan to Illinois.
I'm sure if I had called and asked they would have used Priority...but still would've been nice if they defaulted to that!!”
