“After asking about correct size prior to ordering I was informed it was the correct part although I stated the OD was 1 1/4". Turns out the inside diameter was 1 1/4" and I truly needed a 1" ID. So much for my lack of knowledge. I returned the part by USPS and you received it on Apr. 11th. However, I did not receive an email acknowledgment as you advertise. Can you know tell me when to expect my refund?
