“I was sent a substitute product instead of the one I ordered. I notified the company and the said they did not know what happened, but the would check it out. After, what I considered that they were taking too long, I asked for a refund. The immediately refunded my money and they did not want me to send the product back. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. If I should need such products in the future, I will definitely purchase it from them if that offer the product I need.”
