Apologies for any confusion - that part was backordered, so the website would have displayed a "10+ day delay" for the part, and it looks like our system kicked out a notification email to you to make sure that you were aware of the backorder. Two weeks is generally the expected turnaround time for a backordered item. I can see that the remainder of the order was shipped next day.
