“I use the Hunter Node because it's rugged and dependable. I change both 9v batteries once a year and the Node does the rest, even in less-than-ideal conditions. I have a total of nine Node controllers operating in the US and Central America. Full disclosure, they are tricky to set up initially so follow the printed directions to the letter. But once you get it, they just work. Sprinkler Supply has been an efficient and dependable provider for every Node I've purchased.”

“I have a landscape maintenance business and have used two of these timers for a commerical account. They have been 100% rock solid. You are going to need the manual to figure out how to use the timer but as long as you can read and follow directions your reward will be reliable irrigation.”

“Had a hunter one-line controller that quit. This one has more features and takes two nine-volt batteries instead of one but it was a drop-in replacement. I didn't even have to change the mounting bracket.”
