“Received the controller and transformer in the box (about one week late from when the irrigation valves and control wire came). When it came time to plug in the controller, the controller kept signalling "no AC". after much diagnosis, and an extra trip for an electrician to come out. We find out that the Transformer that was packaged in the box was a 12VOC and was suppose to be a 24VOC. The electrician had to run to his shop and charge me for a 24VOC transformer just to get the system up and running. Wasted an entire day and had to run hoses to keep freshly laid sod from drying out.”
