“I haven't had a lot of experience working with in-gound sprinkler systems. So, I was very happy when I found the Sprinkler Supply Store during an on-line search. Their site was very easy to navigate and I was able to find the exact information that I needed to do the repairs to my system. I had checked several "more popular" sites, only to be disappointed that they did not have the parts that I needed, nor other helpful information. The Sprinkler Supply Store was great from the very start. I was able to find the exact replacement parts that I needed and other helpful information, which gave me confidence in my ability to do the repairs that needed to be done. And, after placing my order, the follow-up communication was excellent! I was told how my items would ship and when, and was provided with all of the shipping/tracking information needed to track the progress of my order. My shipment arrived when it was supposed to and the parts were an exact replacement of my original equipment. Additionally, I also received a brief email explaining that my items "were on the way" and "did I have any questions?" The Sprinlker Supply Store provided excellent customer service and they will always be the first site I go to for any future sprinkler needs/issues. ! A few days after placing my order, I received an email from Andy, which recounted the very first sprinkler order for his (this) company, and how, being a self-proclaimed 'Sprinkler Nerd', he wanted to develop a company in which he could help other individuals who were having sprinkler issues and needed parts and/or assistance so that they could do their own repairs if they chose to do so. He also politely asked for my continued business, which he definitely will have! The prices for the parts I ordered were great, and the service was excellent! I definitly recommend the Sprinkler Supply Store to all of my family members, and to anyone that I learn is needing sprinkler parts or assistance!! Doing business with the Sprinkler Supply Store was a great experience overall! Thank you so doing what you do!!”
