“The transformer came double boxed and securely packed. It was a bit heavier than I expected and clearly well engineered and assembled. The mostly plastic, built in, timer on my previous transformer malfunctioned and I appreciate that the FX model is a replaceable separate component of the unit. Instructions were clear and well illustrated. My only complaint was the long delivery time (2+ weeks) although the sprinkler supply guys responded promptly to my inquiry. A first rate product from a first rate business.”
