“The black plastic keys are just as advertised, look and work fine. Sprinkler Supply notified me after I bought the keys that the item was on backorder and would be sent to me within a few weeks. I wasn't in a hurry so that wasn't a problem, but it would have been helpful to me had that been clear initially on the website, as many other companies provide customers that courtesy when paying for items in advance. However, the keys arrived about 3 weeks later and I am a satisfied customer.”
