“What is pictured is not what I received! I was told that a newer version was sent out. This did that work for me. I Advised them accordingly and they asked that I ship it back and they would refund what I had paid. I still have not received the refund back to my credit card. They should not post a photo of a product they no longer have”

Hi Jack, thanks for your second review on this matter. The delay in the return of your funds is due to the dispute on your credit card that you opted to file before giving us the opportunity to resolve this directly. We responded to the dispute and authorized the return of your funds as soon as we could see that the controller was on the way back to us. You should be able to contact your credit card company and find out when they'll be issuing those funds back to your card. This was a situation where the manufacturer made an engineering change that we weren't aware of until the product reached the customer, and we'll be updating our website photos as soon as we're able. Our apologies again for the confusion.

“The product was not in stock and had to be backordered. When it did arrive, all the pieces were included and the instructions were good. I did have a problem with the installation in that the anchoring screws and mollies were slightly offline from this unit. After making adjustments, I was able to successfully install the unit and it works properly.”

“This is a replacement for my Hardie RD 600 which failed after 14 years. (Through mergers/acquisitions Hardie is now Irritrol.) The new unit has new optional features which I don't need. Otherwise the programming and operation are identical so there is no new learning curve. Installation is easy if you have moderate skills..”
