Item shipped was not the item ordered but a similar one from a different manufacturer. Upon removing rotor from packaging, it was wet from water and not in any packaging. Was this a refurb that was sent to me? Don’t know. Asked for a return of this item on their web site and have yet to receive a response. Chances are I’m getting stiffed..

Hi Ron - I just called and left a message. Looks like we had emailed asking for more info on which model of head it was that you received and were waiting on a response. Regardless, we'll definitely get this resolved ASAP one way or another - just give me a call back. FYI, receiving a new sprinkler head with water inside isn't uncommon - most companies test a percentage of the heads before they leave the building for quality control purposes. We purchase these in boxes of 20 as a contractor would, so if you order a single head you aren't going to receive any packaging for most of the sprinkler heads that we carry.

I am in the process of replacing some of my 20 year old T3 rotors. Some are starting to wear out. I hope the new ones are as good as the originals.

The pop-up sprinkler is great. But it came with no instructions at all, so I had to find YouTube videos to figure out how to put a nozzle in. A set of nozzles came with it but not installed. I had to figure out which nozzle to use and how to install it by myself. Fortunately I figured it out and I would order this sprinkler head again because once you DO get how to do it, it really is easy to adjust the spray pattern while the sprinkler is running.

I have had these for almost fifteen years, with no problem (other than the lawn mower in the fall), These are the only brand I would buy. Easy to install, easy to maintain, thats what I like.

Needed a couple of heads replaced in my sprinkler system. The online descriptions of the product are a little unclear with respect to the nozzles (but Sprinkler Supply Store is hardly unique in this), though an email to their support group cleared things up for the most part. The upshot as I understand it is that the descriptions that contain a nozzle have the nozzle pre-inserted, and without (which is what I bought), have all nozzles from which you can choose. Inserting nozzle isn't hard if you have a 5/64" allen wrench.
