“Things have gotten better. Two years ago I placed my order and nothing happened for about 3-4 weeks after which I canceled due to the product still not being available from the manufacturer. This time I was notified of the order placed with the manufacturer, due to no stock of the item. Then about 10 days later I received another email confirming shipment. Just the right amount of status update communication + timely follow through = happy customer”
