“Haven't installed it yet. The first unit i ordered (recommended by you) was not what I asked for wanted. It was not a direct wireless replacement and had a billion wires to connect. Not just a black and green. Probably could have installed it but didn't want to screw around reinventing the wiring with the pro-c.
It took you 4 working days and a phone call to give me my store credit once the wrong unit was returned and received by you. Once my second ordered was placed it took you 4 working days to get the part in the mail. I'm not disappointed in the parts or service but you need to do a better job with turnaround. Putting an unused part back in inventory shouldnt take 4 days to show up in a computer generated store credit e mail. Packing a box with the new part and some packing paper and tape along with a computer generated shipping label shouldnt take 4 days. I know you cn do better.”
