“The villa is truly amazing — beautiful layout, great design and lovely views. We really enjoyed the aesthetics and the overall setting.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly impacted our experience.
The water pressure throughout the house was very low, and the property could not maintain hot water if more than two showers were used at the same time. Additionally, the air conditioning units in two of the bedrooms were running erratically and were not functioning properly. Both issues were reported during our stay, yet no effective solution was provided.
It was also quite disappointing that, despite renting a five-bedroom villa for a full week (with children), we were not granted access to the laundry room. This is a basic expectation for a property of this size and category.
Finally, communication with the company was consistently delayed, which made resolving concerns unnecessarily difficult.
We believe these points require attention, as they are not aligned with the level of service expected from a luxury rental experience.”
