“Booking was easy- with a few emails needed for clarification. I booked ferry directly so received follow up/ booking emails from isle blue which made us think we double booked- same with rental car.
Nathan was amazing- friendly, helpful and patient with our later ferry arrival.
Home was perfect with exception of rattling window at night.
Housekeeper Pascual was delightful and thorough. We would love to return soon again!”

“The team scheduling and booking the villa as well as the online conceirge was fine but the representative Alan was not a good representative. He was not at the airport to greet us, we called him from the rental car to take us to the villa. Once there, he did walk us through the property but after that we texted him with questions about safety locks and keys and he never replied for 2 days. He never checked in with us throughout our stay and when our grille ran out of gas, he came but never tested it as it did not work even after he came. We found him not to be service oriented at all and we were turned off by this considering the last villa company we rented from on St Barts the rep was incredibly friendly, service orietned and supportive and checked in with us multiple times during our stay. We also asked for his help speaking to our cleaning person given the language barrier and he was very curt and blunt he could not help us despite our explanation that we could not communicate with her. He finally got it and wrote her a text about laundry but we very much felt on our own. He gave us pricing of laundry for $40 a load when the website stated the laundry could cost a bit less. We paid $100 to do two small loads because we had no idea if he meant all laundry for $40 or per load. Additionally a pool crew just barged in while we were at the pool with no prior notification from Alan which was scary as they did not even introduce themselves. My young daughter asked me who the two men were in the pool area and I ran out concerned for our safety. No noticfication is not professional. The pool also could have been warmer, it was not as warm as we have had in prior villa rentals on St Barts. On our last night, Alan texted for us to plan to leave at 9:30am for airport, but it was more transactional. If I were the person using St Barts Blue Villa to rent my home, I would not be happy with the quality of service Alan provided people renting my home and paying upward of $20,000 a week. He needs more training in hospitality service and professionalism. for this amount of money I absolutely expected more.”

This villa is truly an ideal setting for group getaways. As six couples, we found the layout perfect; each pair enjoyed a luxurious, private master suite, offering a serene sanctuary alongside ample communal living space. Every suite was spacious, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable.
The common areas are equally spectacular. Expansive living spaces, complete with chic furnishings, invited lively conversation and relaxation. While the modern, fully equipped kitchen made meal prep enjoyable, the outdoor spaces were the true highlight. The stunning infinity pool, overlooking breathtaking ocean views, offered a constant invitation for refreshing dips and sunset cocktails. Multiple shaded and sun-drenched lounge areas provided endless opportunities to unwind, whether by the pool or in the charming outdoor living room.

“We went to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday with her closest friends. From start to finish our trip to St. Barth's was AMAZING! From the first time I contacted St Barths Blue and spoke with Rhonda all the way to the very last day of our trip when Pierre made sure we got back to the port with all of our luggage...it was 5 Star Service! Wings Villa was exactly as pictured. It was beautiful, great bedrooms and bathrooms in each room, beautiful pool, a/c everywhere, fully stocked kitchen, and amazing views! The location was PERFECT! Just a short walk to Nikki Beach, La Guerite beach club, among other beach clubs, and the Eden Rock Hotel. Our concierge Pierre was OUTSTANDING! He made several reservations for us right on the spot and made sure to get us taxi service late at night after a night out in Gustavia. I really cannot say enough. Would highly recommend and if we ever return to St. Barth's we would 100 percent contact St. Barth's Blue again.”
