“This was our sixth trip to St Bart and our experience renting a villa through SBB was excellent. The villa was beautiful and true to photographs, but the view was even more stunning in person. Our housekeeper Celine was excellent and so friendly. She even went to a local mattress store to get a mattress topper for our bed, as it was quite firm. The concierge service was on point and all messages and inquiries sent through WhatsApp were answered promptly. The restaurant and activities email made dinner reservations simple. Will definitely use SBB again for our next visit to the most beautiful place in the Caribbean.”

“There were three people we mainly dealt with for our visit. First, the concierge Milena who patiently helped me plan pretty much everything in advance - restaurant reservations, transportation, baby rentals, sailboats and scuba diving, chef meals - she answers questions promptly and offers great suggestions.
Once we were at the Villa, we had Nathan as our go to guy and he was amazing. He could come up with last minute taxis when we couldn’t get a ride, he immediately responded to my comments around the villa (light bulb out, dead snake, water delivery? No problem.)
Our housekeeper Lusia was just wonderful, always accommodating our needs and requests with a smile and her work was outstanding.
Once when a pre booked taxi didn’t arrive to take my sister and her husband to the airport, I said to Lusia “I have a big problem, can you help me?” She said yes before she knew what it was, then saved the day by driving them.
This was our third year with St. Barts Blue, and we recommend them highly.”

“Our favorite place and home on the island. This is our second year staying in this rental. The location is perfect. You don’t feel guilty for eating a croissant everyday because the hill to get back to the home burns off the calories ! So close to downtown and all the restaurants. You don’t really need a car but we did get one this year to venture around the island. I recommend this home.”

“The villa is truly amazing — beautiful layout, great design and lovely views. We really enjoyed the aesthetics and the overall setting.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly impacted our experience.
The water pressure throughout the house was very low, and the property could not maintain hot water if more than two showers were used at the same time. Additionally, the air conditioning units in two of the bedrooms were running erratically and were not functioning properly. Both issues were reported during our stay, yet no effective solution was provided.
It was also quite disappointing that, despite renting a five-bedroom villa for a full week (with children), we were not granted access to the laundry room. This is a basic expectation for a property of this size and category.
Finally, communication with the company was consistently delayed, which made resolving concerns unnecessarily difficult.
We believe these points require attention, as they are not aligned with the level of service expected from a luxury rental experience.”
