“One of the best vacation houses I’ve ever rented. All the bedrooms were spacious and clean. The view was absolutely amazing. The 5 minute walk to Friars Bay Beach was convenient. We toured the entire island and Friars Bay Beach was one of the best.”

“This is our third stay at Happy Bay Villa. We love the property for many reasons including the view, the layout of the villa which works great for 4 couples and the location. My only negative observation (we cook a lot during our 10-day stay) has to do with the kitchen. The cookware is getting old, not enough glasses to accommodate 8 people, 2 slice toaster (takes forever), and no ice maker. Some may not care about these items, which I get, but as stated, we cook many meals at the villa.
Lydia the housekeeper is the best. She took very good care of us.
