“We recently stayed at this property and overall had a good experience, with a few important things to note.
Pros:
The location was fantastic—just a short, easy walk to Orient Bay and all of the nearby beach clubs and restaurants. The view from the house was absolutely beautiful, overlooking the bay and making for a perfect backdrop throughout the trip. One of the things I appreciated most about the layout was that there were three completely separate suites, which gave everyone in our group plenty of space and privacy.
Cons:
Unfortunately, there were a few maintenance and cleanliness issues that took away from the experience. We encountered very large cockroaches in the kitchen. I reported it to the concierge, but no one was ever sent to spray or address the issue. Additionally, the pool had large stains across the bottom that made it look dirty and uninviting. There was also animal waste left on the deck, which I also reported to the concierge, but it was never cleaned during our stay.
Overall, while the house has a lot of potential due to its location and layout, attention to maintenance and cleanliness needs improvement to meet the standard you would expect for a vacation rental in this price range.”
