“View 12/10! Pool 10/10! Outdoor space wonderful and location very nice-close to Grand Case and Anse Marcel. Close enough for a trip to the Dutch side as well.
Spacious for a family of 5 with 3 kids.
Food delivery, car rental drop off and overall concierge was great.
Cleaning Service did not clean one of the designated days-just garbage removal which was not clear upfront. I do like the offer of cleaning 6 days a week.
The rooms were clean overall, no AC in the main living area which was not clear in the description so for us coming from the US that was difficult to enjoy the main space even though you could open up the doors-but hello mosquitoes!!! We got bit heavily if we stayed in the kitchen or living area so after dinner my family would have to stay in their bedrooms.
The whole purpose of enjoying the house-Gone
The washer and dryer were available but the dryer never dried the clothes despite hours of having it on. This was a critical part of my search and was not helpful at all-ended up having to take wet clothes home in bags (a big no-no for us when we travel w such hectic work schedules)
The bedrooms were all a good size with access to the patio which was nice but the bathrooms were not quite up to the modern standards and size I would like. Personal preference from staying at many airbnbs and when I book the bathrooms are key. One of the primaries had an outdoor shower but we did not use it. Kids complained a lot of bugs in their showers and although it’s somewhat expected not fun when you have to shower and makes the space feel dirty.
Concierge was good-we stayed over Easter weekend so didn’t use her as much as we normally would but she did help us book a boat charter and help w the car rental and transport to airport. Nice overall.
Overall, we appreciate the hospitality but we’re a little disappointed with the overall experience.”
