“The villa itself is beautiful and spacious. It's large enough for a group to enjoy without feeling crowded, and the loungers were some of the most comfortable we've ever had at a vacation rental. We spent a lot of time outside because the pool and patio area were just so enjoyable.
The only reason I'm not giving the villa five stars is because the bedroom layout isn't represented accurately in the listing. One of the king bedrooms is actually a detached lower-level suite that requires you to leave the house and walk down a hill to access it, and the main level bedroom with twin beds cannot be converted into a king as advertised. Had the listing been accurate, we could have planned accordingly. The home also has a disconnected exhaust system in the kitchen, which causes the smoke detector to go off when using the gas stove.
Overall, the home itself is wonderful. Our frustrations had much more to do with the management company and the overall guest experience than with the villa itself.”
