Our microneedling tool should not hurt at all but have a very therapeutic sensation to it! You only need to use light to moderate pressure to see results :) Happy to hear you are seeing a difference

This is a great question and always great to bring up concerns when applying products to your skin. This is definitely how your serum is supposed to be and it is completely safe to use. We do not add fragrance to our EGF Serum. This is done on purpose because fragrances can occasionally lead to negative skin reactions. Our EGF Serum is loaded with high performance active ingredients including, Growth Factors & the Plant Stem Cells. We’re sorry you find the smell to be somewhat unpleasant, however after a few minutes post application, you will notice the scent dissipates as the active ingredients penetrate into your skin.
