“I really love this device and I’ve only had it for 4 days so that should tell you a lot! I was in the market for a high frequency machine but did not want to purchase one off of amazon as I was skeptical of the safety and quality of the product; I researched and researched and finally came across Stackedskincare. I love the Aesthetic of the website and how high quality the products looked. After reading the about me section of the company, I was sold and decided to buy the high frequency machine. I kid you not I had 3 papules(under the skin blind bumps) that were not only an eye sore but painful. After doing the high frequency treatment with gauze and spot treating with S.A, they were non existent the next day. I’m only rating the product 4 stars, as I had to figure out a lot of things about the device by myself and the base where the probe is inserted became loose, luckily, I got creative and seen what looked like a screw on the inside and decide to tighten it with a screw driver. So if you are having this problem that’s a little hack before sending the product back. Overall, the product is high quality, the shipping was fast, and I didn’t even pay full price due to signing up for the mailing list what a win situation! If you are skeptical about making the investment MAKE IT. You won’t regret it!”

Please be sure your son is not using this device more than 3 minutes per particular breakout area. I also recommend he cleanses his skin thoroughly prior to use and that he is applying products after his treatment that are going to calm the inflammation and treat the skin such as our EGF Serum to calm and treat the skin and our HA Serum to hydrate the skin lightly. I also recommend using this device with a tissue or piece of gauze in between the device and the skin to actually penetrate deeper and kill the acne causing bacteria as this device actually is more effective when used further away from the skin. “I haven't even had it a month and it's breaking already. The inside of the main part of the device, where you fit in the different heads, is loose and there's no way to fix it. If I try to put a head in it just moves around and has rendered the whole thing useless because it won't stay in place. Plus I'm guessing that trying to use it while it's not secure isn't the best idea. So all in all, pretty angry about this, considering how expensive it was (with an extra 35$ charge to pay for customs, by the way).”
Thank you for reaching out to us about this. It sounds like this device has come loose. Sometimes if you are twisting the wand when pulling out the base can come loose. It is usually very simple and quick to tighten the base of the device with a screw driver by simply inserting the screw driver in the device when unplugged and twist right to tighten. We truly apologize that you're having this trouble but we're confident this is a quick fix from removing the wand. When removing the wand in the future it is always best to pull directly out instead of twisting. If for some reason this isn't a fix we will absolutely replace this base for you. We are here to help!
