If some of the electrodes are not working, insert the electrode in the device and turn it on for about 5 minutes or so. Some of the electrode’s argon gas may not be activating right away at the beginning and might take a moment - this will only have to be done once and not each time the device is used. Our ice roller is great for the body and face! If your roller ever does get a little squeaky just add some oil where the roller meets the handle and this will take care of any noise ☺️
