“Just started using my roller and it is easy to use thus far. It came nicely packaged and arrived quickly. My only real critique is even without pressing barely at all the plastic that holds the needle roller tends to "scrape" my skin. I don't pull the roller, only do straight lines straight on as directed and don't press hard but still I can see lines from the plastic on my skin. That's what tends to cause irritation not the needles.
Took me a bit to gather the courage to buy but in the end the worse it's felt is a sunburn feel. No pain. Look forward to using it to see results”

“I don't believe in so-called miracle products, and I always think anything that seems to be too good to be true usually is. So I was a bit dubious about this one before using it. But seeing the reaction of some beauty editors I just took a chance.
I won't lie, the first time I used it, I had some noticeable irritation. My skin is naturally sensitive so I suspect that was the culprit. I may also have had a heavy hand using it, in my haste and excitement. I read detailed instruction after that stating hand strokes should be light, that was very helpful.
At age 53 I'm still lucky to have near perfect skin. I started taking care good care of it in my early 30s, and blessed with great genes i guess. My skin glows naturally perennially, nearly invisible pores, few wrinkles and very little sagging. So it's difficult to tell if a new product is really working on me because of that.
But I'm almost certain I noticed a new freshness to my appearance after using this product 3 or 4 times.
