Hi Shannon, thank you so much for your excellent review. Just wanted to follow up and let you know that upon beginning using this tool your skin might be more sensitive but with continued use your skin will tighten and likely adjust to this feeling. Additionally there is no need to apply too much pressure so i want to ensure you are only applying as much pressure as you are comfortable. With regards to breakouts - please be sure not to role over active pustular acne as this can spread acne causing bacteria. Simply avoid these spot until the inflammation calms down.
