“I am working from home more and more and wanted to find a desk that met my needs. I did a lot of research and came across the Stand Desk NZ. I liked the fact that it electronically lifted up and down. I am short so being able to lower the desk to the perfect ergonomic position for me was ideal, and also to have the option to stand when I wanted. I also thought that the cable management system and wireless charging options were a welcome bonus.
Although there were some shipping issues, I purchased this desk in advance of shipment and communication around shipping delays was excellent, plus Covid19 delays so no complaints here!
When the desk arrived it was easy to put together and setup. Setting up the favourite buttons on the rise/drop control unit was also super easy.
My first impression of the desk is that it looks amazing and appears to be a good quality build.
After using it now for a couple of weeks I am glad I went with the Stand Desk NZ, absolutely no regrets.”

Hi Seb - thank you for your review. We have tried for nearly two years now to find alternate packaging to replace the foam used. Unfortunately in China there are no viable options we have been able to find. We have tested reinforced cardboard and drop testing on that still caused damage to the desk tops and the legs (which have sensitive electronics in them). Couriers often treat our boxes extremely roughly and our first priority is to get our customers undamaged goods. On the plus side we do donate 1% of our revenue annually to environmental charities through the 1% For The Planet organisation. Our desktops used FSC certified bamboo and we use enviro-friendly paints for the frames. We hope a corn starch based foam manufacturer sets up in China moving forwards.
