“I'm happy with this standing desk. It's sturdy, both when lowered and raised and has a high quality feel throughout. Two minor issues:
1. The stick-on cable ties do not stick easily and tend to come off with the cables. As mentioned in the instructions, cleaning out any residual dust from the cable channels is very important, along with waiting for any moisture to dry, but even then they struggled to stick. Perhaps the channels need to be routed a little smoother? I ended up purchasing more, as the cables were still coming loose.
2. The cross bars that run from the legs across the underside of the table are a bit closer to the desk front than I would have liked. I've used a few standing desks over the years, and some have managed to locate the cross bars further to the back of the table (i.e. not running along the middle), giving a little more knee-room. I like sitting far forward, perhaps more than other people. Not a major issue however.”

There were some delays in delivery due to COVID shipping issues but the team at Standdesk NZ kept me fully updated on a regular basis. I could not have wished for better service. “I would like to take this opportunity to provide some feedback for Stand Desk.
Due to Covid 19 and the disruption it created for the importing of goods, this did delay the delivery of my desk. This happened on two occasions and both times, they communicated very well to explain the situation well in advance.
Once the desk was able to be delivered, they kept my informed throughout the process.
When assembling, a minor quality issue was identified and it was a simple matter of making contact with Conrad and a replacement item was dispatched the same day and arrived the following day.
This is a quality product which is extremally well designed, easy to assemble and great to use. I would easily recommend, not only the product, but the level of service which comes with it.
