“I ordered the 1800mm x 800 standing desk with an additional PC holder.
Ordering the desk and getting it delivered was a breeze, with great customer service ensuring the desk was delivered when I needed it.
There are however, issues with the instructions or desk parts.
1. Adding the electronic display with the up and down buttons is difficult after assembling the desk as the USB-A head couldn't fit between the metal stand and the desk top after it's been attached. The wire needs to be run through before attaching the base to the table, if not you'd have to remove the base just to do so, the instructions do not indicate this. The same problem applies to the wireless charger.
2. The PC holder is impossible to assemble as instructed to the base, I'm unsure if the instructions are outdated or meant for another type of desk as the diagram simply didn't fit the base I had, there was no way to work around it. I ended up having to mount the case by drilling holes into the desk top instead of using the base, which required planning and consumed far more time than I'd liked to have spent. This also caused a severe limitation in where I could place the PC holder and not optimal to my preference (attached to the base).
3. The wire manager rack had some quality control problems as the pin/ screw on the right hand side refused to screw in to close the rack. I'm currently using only the left pin to hold up the entirety of the rack, wires and extenders which is bound to fail in time.
These are pretty minor problems overall and doesn't detract from the desk - which is still great, but it definitely something to note before purchasing a desk.”
Hi Jonathon – thanks for your review. I am sorry you have had various problems. In regards to #1 – it is really important to follow the assembly video (link sent out in the shipping confirmation email) as you do need to lay in those cables before attaching the desk frame. The CPU holder is designed to attach to the desk top – not to the metal frame. #3 sounds like a faulty mechanism on the cable management tray. I would be very happy to send you out a replacement. I’m sorry you had various issues, but I am glad to hear now it is together that you are enjoying it.

When the desk arrive I was not disappointed. The bamboo desktop is beautiful and really solid. The motors are quite but fast. Control is easy and the memory settings are handy. The desk is very solid and sturdy and quality is exceptional. Constructing the desk is easy and quick - just make sure you have enough room where you are assembling it. I do programming and spend some time working from home. Having the option to stand as well as sit is great.
