You don't need to have back issues to take advantage of the benefits of changing from a sedentary to a standing work position. As a small nitpick, the wireless charger can fail to work sometimes if the phone isn't positioned exactly in the right spot, but otherwise does the job and is a nice extra. Assembly did require two people.
