“No product is infallible, everything breaks over time, but I can vouch for Stand Desk's 10-year guarantee. My wife bought a stand desk in 2018 and has used it every day. It's fantastic. But something went wrong with the controller and it stopped remembering the presets. So I reached out to Stand Desk. They asked me to try some simple reset options first before opting to send me a new keypad and controller. I've just installed them and everything is back to normal as we'd expect. This is not all. In between buying the desk and it malfunctioning, we relocated back to the UK. In a win for the environment and consumer rights, Stand Desk did the honourable thing and shipped the replacement parts to the UK for us, so we can continue to use the desk for years to come without sending it to landfill.
