I purchased the 1800x800 Mid Brown Bamboo desk back in January and wanted to give it a proper run before popping my review in. It's a good thing I waited as I have something minor to report. I'm still giving it a 5-Star rating as I have no other issues with it. It's a solidly built desk!
The charger under the desk gets rather warm in use and due to that the adhesive that holds it in place has become ineffective and the charger keeps dropping off its resting spot and ends up hanging under the desk. I've got a 3D printer and will eventually print a proper retainer, but was wondering whether you already have an alternative to the adhesive. I've tried the usual masking tape but it too cannot keep the charge securely in place either.”
“I ordered the Pro Bamboo desktop with some extras for my desk. Was on preorder but the ordering process was extremely straight forward and there were no issues. Desk moves up and down smoothly with no jitter, the app works great and the build quality is superb. It was also easy and straight forward to assemble; the video was super helpful.
Whilst the desk comes with a lot of packaging, I understand that this is to protect the desk and the frame from being damaged whilst in transit. I love the fact that they have made 99% of their packaging recyclable!
The cherry on top was the customer service I was provided by both Brydie and Conrad. Shout out to you both!!
I reached out before purchasing to inquire about the desk and Brydie from the team was so helpful in helping me make sure the model I was getting was right for me. They reassured me and kept me updated throughout the shipping process.
Conrad from the team also was great, and was the one that I was communicating with when I received my desk and realised there was a little dent in the corner of the tabletop. They sent out a replacement ASAP and it got to me the next day (talk about fast delivery!)
The extras I got for my desk seemed to have been sent out with wrong screws, so they sent out the correct ones immediately. Currently waiting for those and excited to assemble them :)
Overall, the product and customer service exceeded my expectations by far. Fast responses, fast delivery, and fast resolution if there were any issues.
I’ll be recommending Stand Desk to all my coworkers and friends that are looking for a sit stand solution.

“Great product, it wasn't difficult to assemble. Very satisfied overall. A bit of feedback on the child locking function - when in locked mode it highlights the next button that needs to pressed to unlock it, and my 2 year old "hacked it" in about 15 minutes :) Unplugging the control panel proved to be a more effective "child lock" - the cables are all tucked away very neatly so he's not too interested in pulling them yet.
