The worst thing ever bought from watching a tv commercial. They don't tell you it takes 20 min.to pressurize and does not cook thourgh. Then when you try to return it they make it so hard you give up and just take your loss. I will never purchase any other product from this company ever... Hope you enjoy the $149.oo you ripped off from me. Lesson learned will never make that mistake again... Charles Yates Louisville, Ky

I tried to order the pressure cooker online but when I went to check out there was no place to put in my zip code. I tried a number of times but it would not allow me to finish the check out process. I have bought things off of TV advertisements before and knew that if I had to talk to a person I would be subjected to a long sales pitch. I ended up having to call because my wife wanted the pressure cooker for her birthday and just as I expected the person I talked to made me listen to 10 minutes of sales pitch crap even after I told her a number of times that all I wanted to do was check out for the pressure cooker. Then I got a call later that day from someone that said she had noticed that I hadn't finished checking out on the web site and if there was something wrong. I told her what the problem was and she said she didn't have access to the website which was bull because if she didn't how would she know if I hadn't checked out then she hung up on me. Even if I do like the product I will never buy from this company again.

I tried to purchase my unit online, but the website was missing a field for my billing zip code. I was forced to call the customer service number to place my order. On the following day, I received a telephone call asking how the website worked, but the agent online didn't care about my experience, and hung up. Totally unacceptable. Totally!

I sent a text regarding all equipment available for the money he couldn't say Jess do you want to come get it that's not telling me what brand or how much available quit meant was available through the parts only that $200 was a lot to ask for the purchase I got it for 125 and I only got less than I expected

I was so excited when I received the power pressure cooker however was quickly disappointed when I tried cooking my first meal (beef stew) in it. I followed the instructions given and pressed the button as required for that particular meal. We waited for an hour and the pressure cooker was.not cooking as it should have been. We called the toll free number given for assistance and we got to speak to someone we could barely understand his English and his tip to us was to be patient because this is how it usually works in the beginning. How does that help? I also want to mention that on the infomercials they show when you're trying to cook a stew all you do is put the meat, vegetables and stock in the pot, cover it and press the right setting and you have a meal in less than an hour. Their recipe book explains differently!!! They want you to brown the meat separately first and then add other ingredients before cooking in the pressure cooker! I spent over $200 on this pot that's sitting on my counter collecting dust! This is a scam!! They never send you the products that work as they demonstrate on TV!!!!

Product came Damaged. Returned after being on hold for more than an hour and a half. New one has never shipped after 6 days. I called to Cancel, I'm still on hold after an hour. Getting transferred multiple times. Customer service sucks to say the least. I will have to Dispute the charges on my credit card. They will want shipping charges... Laughable!
