“I am very disappointed with this purchase. I was promised a frying pan etc with the cooker and all ai got was the pressure cooker. Where is the rest of the stuff that I was promised?. “We were very excited about our PPC purchase but we never received an invoice HENCE no 100 dollars free grocerys,( I geuss thats how you get around it), and when PPC showed up weeks later it was damaged beyond repair and your customer service is laughable. We are just going to throw it out and post ads warning people to stay away and posting our taped conversation with your customer service representative.We were able to contact VISA and my bank and they had so many complaints on this product that they have issued a warning. I hope the $195.00 you got from me was worth all the negative publicity your going to receive. have a nice day...”

“If by cooking rate is 5.....HOWEVER we are on our THIRD replacement. I have not cooked on high nor used abrasive washing and the coating of the inner pot keeps coming off.”

“A part was missing. I ordered it and then the order got canceled. So far havent been able to use it. We bought the big one and were excited to try it . the float valve is important to have and it is not on the lid.”
