Did not like it, too big, too many parts, too many steps, 17min pressure build up didn't like. Have to buy extra pieces to use things I wanted. Didn't like taste of meat after cooked.

DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THESE CROOKS!! I highly suggest going to bed bath and beyond with a coupon and purchase from a reputable retailer who will not flat out lie to you and steal your hard earned money.

I received your return label in the mail. I took it to the post office with the pressure cooker and pan. The post office would not take the items because they had been shipped UPS. I took them to the UPS office. They charged me $50. I called customer service today. I got someone in the Caribbean who tactfully told me (with a heavy accent) that I should have called the company from the post office. I told her that was not on the paper work. She did not deny it but told me common sense dictated this. Where is the common sense that says someone should sell pressure cookers to 91 year old Veterns who have dementia? Dian Tabb

AFTER ordering, I went online and read the reviews. The inner works are coated with teflon...a NO-NO in my book. Some of the reviews said sometimes the teflon sheds into the food! That is definitely a NO NO. I will be returning it as soon as it arrives, The company will pay the shipping if the box is not opened; just call them.

I tried to order the pressure cooker online but when I went to check out there was no place to put in my zip code. I tried a number of times but it would not allow me to finish the check out process. I have bought things off of TV advertisements before and knew that if I had to talk to a person I would be subjected to a long sales pitch. I ended up having to call because my wife wanted the pressure cooker for her birthday and just as I expected the person I talked to made me listen to 10 minutes of sales pitch crap even after I told her a number of times that all I wanted to do was check out for the pressure cooker. Then I got a call later that day from someone that said she had noticed that I hadn't finished checking out on the web site and if there was something wrong. I told her what the problem was and she said she didn't have access to the website which was bull because if she didn't how would she know if I hadn't checked out then she hung up on me. Even if I do like the product I will never buy from this company again.

If by cooking rate is 5.....HOWEVER we are on our THIRD replacement. I have not cooked on high nor used abrasive washing and the coating of the inner pot keeps coming off.
