“Exactly what we needed - and in our team colors! Due to COVID we are keeping our facility overhead doors open for better circulation. These barriers are a brilliant visual barrier without limiting the increased air flow we need. Light enough to move, easy to store flat. Customer service in ordering and ease and assistance when picking up was fantastic. Highly recommend!”

“After two orders of Plastic Crowd Control Barrier - The Start Barrier, I have a recommendation. We spent too much time trying to figure out what size sign to order, how to design around the mounting holes, and how best to mount the signs. I think you could make this much easier for your customers. 1. Sign Design – On your website you should have a PDF that can be downloaded showing an example sign with the hole placement and sizing. This is not a big request and Carl should not have to call England to get this information. 2. Sign Mounting - Create a youtube video, or clear instructions on what you need and how best to hang the signs. It was not clear I would need to drill out the holes in the barrier for the sign locations and you could have recommended a drill bit size for the job. You could also recommend hardware options, like a carriage bolt, washers, and nut with sizing. Or recommend the length of zip-tie to use for the diameter. 3. Start Barricade Datasheet – Why does your datasheet show anti-trip feet, when the shipped product does not. You need a more technical data sheet for designers and shows a dimensioned plan of the product. For example, if I had a profile view of the product showing how much the standard leg sticks out, I may have ordered the anti-trip leg. However, with the lack of information provided I can’t tell in any of the legs meet ADA and extend less than 4 inches from the edge of the barrier. I recommend you have your sales staff design, order, and install a sign on this barrier. It is obviously a newer product and this could be very helpful to customers in the future. Thank you,”

“We use these barriers for summer camps and outdoor programs. They are very light and easy for one person to set up. We also like how small an area it take to store the barricades. We bought 40 and they bought 40 more once we realized how functional they are for crowd control and defining different spaces.”
