“This is an update to my review. I contacted customer support with my problem no contact after 3 days. Then yesterday I posted my review here. Boom instanly recieved a reply. They are going to replace what they say is a defective cable. So after this I have raised my rating to 5 stars. I really like these cords, and seeing as they stand behind their product they deserve it.”

“while i like the design (cord quality and flexible/magnetic connection). the harbor is inconsistent. it takes a longer time to charge and i’ve also observed a decreased charge by at least 10% when plugged in and seemingly actively charging. i was looking forward to buying more for f these for other locations, but now will not.”
