“I recently purchased 3 -360 pro cables I was excited to use two in my home and one in my car! After two weeks, one cable stopped charging my phone, leaving me with an alarm, the other two also useless as the magnet pulled out the tab a port now 3 unusable. Please help. I really want this to work!”

“I initially loved this product as I really greatly appreciate the fact that it breaks away from the devices, so we are protecting devices from damage, but the movement of the cables and so forth. However, that being said, for the cost, and the fact that one of the cables lasted for less than two weeks, is very disappointing and resulted in reduction of rating. Especially coupled by the lack of support after making a formal complaint - four days prior to this review”
