“My wire is not compatible with these tips there fir I am not happy with them I can't use none of them I requested that you send me at least one wire so I could use them but I never heard anyback I would greatly appreciate it I thought that the whole thing would come but I received only tips please help”

“Connectors will not work in my IPad Air2. Just bought 3 cables that are useless to me. Even bought a new QC 3.0. 20w adapter but cables will still not charge the iPad.”

“I own 3 of the original Magnetic Tips and 1 of the Magnetic Tips Pro. I haven't had either of them too long to wear out. I can tell you, I just moved. The wires have been twisted, folded, and generally abused...and they work perfectly. Only time will tell how fast they wear out, it's looking like it will be a long time.
As a recommendation, I feel strongly enough to have bought 2 sets of the regular and 1 set of the Pro for my son. He is much more technical than I am. He says that the Magnetic Tip Pros are quicker to charge, which is important for him. I'm retired, time is not an issue.
Both products are excellent and work well. I love these so much, I have bought 3 extra packages of tips, and everything that needs charging is equipped with them. I am looking forward to seeing what you come up with next.”
