“The cables are really good and the magnetic connection is a joy to use. However I’ve had two cables fail on me already. One just stopped charging. On another the magnetic part came away. I gave 4* as I’m still using it and customer service is excellent - parts that were damaged in transit were replaced with no quibble. I’d just like them to last longer.”
“The first one I bought was magic! It solved the masses of trailing leads problem. Sadly it stopped working after under a year. I assumed it was probably a faulty one-off and bought another one. This stopped working after a month! The issue seems to be the where the flex joins the pivoting connector. As it's not straightforward to return the units from the UK to the US for a refund, I've had to dump them. Very disappointed as it's such a brilliant concept.”
“Love them. Only issue is they are hard to remove using just your fingers. There have been occasions where I had to charge my phone and not everyone has quality cables like statik so I had to use their cables and remove my tip. Once removed they are easy to loose so always carry a small container so you can return to a 5 star charging cable when you get home!!”
