Bought 3 of these before Christmas, a month later all 3 have stopped working, and when the did charge they were so slow.then they just stop charging, has to go out and buy all new charger cables . Not impressed

Work very good and my 10 year old ggdaughter loves them also. They do not work on some fancy phone cases.

I bought 5 or 6 of these before Christmas. The concept is perfect for my 93 yer old dads iPad. I realized quickly I would need several so I would have chargers in all our vehicles, so I used 3 of them. My only problem has been the ends for my Apple phone have somewhat disappointed. One just quit working, one broke half into and struggles to hold the charger and I’m using one in my iPad. I need the two replaced.

I saw static magnetic chargers on Instagram late last year and bought one set. I was very impressed and found it easy and fast to charge. However this week my charging chord has decided not to charge any more. My phone did not charge overnight which was unusual. I checked all connections to no avail so tried other charger systems. They worked so I concluded that the charging chord has stopped working. I have even bought another set of magnetic tips for my partner. Now none of the system will charge. Very disappointing. I expected much longer working time than this. Can you help me with a solution please.
