“Still waiting for a reply to my Second Email sent to Customer Services In the USA, I’m presuming due to the apparent delay in responding to my First Email of complaint requesting a full refund and I’d of course return the useless cable I’m now stuck with, so long as I DID NOT have to pay the costs of return S&H.
I eventually got a reply from someone who never gave a name or even initials which was unsatisfactory. Therefore I replied to their email accordingly and to say how disgraceful this Company is, 3 weeks later and I’m still waiting on a reply.

“I have an android Samsung Galaxy A13, and of the 3 different connectors, none fit my phone; all are too small. I thought these fit any phone. I bought two of these and cannot use them please advise.”

“Poor customer service is about only receiving part of an order, notifying them twice or thrice and not receiving the remainder of my order. Poor charging is cables much slower than a solid cable which I've had at least 4 years.
Therfore I could not recommend product or service.”
“I bought 3 of these cables just before Christmas worked fine for a while we are now in April and all 3 have broken I will not be buying any more from you to much money to waste on something that breaks after a few months”
“I have 5 of these, 4 out of 5 work… SOMETIMES! The 5th doesn’t work at all. The design of the magnetic port is very sub par. All of my devices constantly Disconnect and reconnect or stop all together and my devices are sitting on a table at night charging!! It is frustrating to wake up to your phone charged to 30% and having to wiggle the cable to get it to connect again JUST to disconnect a few minutes later!
These are JUNK!!!”
