“This is more than just a cable - it's a whole new way to use cables.
We now need one cable where before we need 2 with 3 in some places.
The main idea is that the phone plug remains in the phone/device.
That's great.
It also means that one needs an appropriate cable for every place one charges:
I have 3' and 6' cables but need 2 x 10' cable (e.g. some bed/hotel rooms) and one 3 inch! cable for my battery pack
The only tweak is that the USB-C cable is too tight a fit - this would actually be a plus if I had a 10' and a 3"”
“It is very convenient to connect to any device you have a tip for. I don’t think the magnet is as strong as advertised. I have a protective case on my iPhone and cannot easily remove the magnetic tip, so I must have a Static cable convenient if I wish to charge my phone. The cable is soft and pliable, so no inconvenient bends or kinks. I have not noticed any increase in charging speed. There may in fact be a decrease in speed, although the current is able to charge to 100% and keep it there.”
“I love the fact that even in the dark without any difficulty I can connect charging and I can pickup and talk or text with no worries of disconnecting the power cord and the fact it swivels. So far loving it and looking forward to it lasting a long time!. The only thing I disliked at the first was the cable was too short but after ordering and receiving the 6.6’ I am very very happy.”
