I really like the length of the charging cord. I like that I don't have to mess around trying to plug the cord in to the devices I have. I can use one cord for multiple devices. I don't have to be looking around for cords with the right connector. The swivel is great if the device is on the edge of a table. It hangs down with no stress on the back of the connector. Great product. I bought two at first but bought two more because they are so good.

My Statik pro was working well, I was using it every day. At one point, part of the magnet connection on the bottom of my iPhone tip broke off, but I still used it. Until last night when the piece of the chord that connects to the tips came out of the cable. I can no longer use the chord anymore because of this because it won't charge.

I have ordered all sorts of chords from your site however, this one didn't work at all. I was on a road trip up north and brought the cable with me assuming it would work and when I plugged it in, nothing happened. I have tried to reach out to get it replaced and... crickets.

I've had this charger for around 2 months now. When I first got it, it was amazing. There was no damage that I could do as it could be used at any angle and the magnetic effect made it so easy to attach and release, it was perfect. It was also the perfect length as it allowed me spread across my bed or move around my room and still charge my phone. However, recently it has not been charging my phone or only charging it at a specific angle. This is just like the issues everyone has with a regular charger. Thought this one would be different but I am just going to by a cheaper regular charger as it stopped working quicker than I could destroy a regular charger with day to day use. Slightly disappointed as I thought this could be the cure to chargers that break easily but never mind. I would save your money and buy a regular charger if it's cheaper.
