“The description of the stencil does not explain the SIZE of the image/lettering, only the sizes of the overall mylar squares. I checked other designs in hopes of estimating the actual size; however, sadly, this lack of product information appears to be consistent through the entire site. I ordered the 5" x 6" square as a test, found the cut out lettering to be too small for the space. I emailed the company asking about the measurement of the lettering itself so that I could order the size I need. It's been about a week and no response yet. Not sure I want to order another time without information. So although the product is good, the company response time is poor and if I order again, which is unlikely, I'd end up spending double or triple to get the size of lettering I needed for my project.”
