“Though the stencil was fine, this company has very poor customer service. I ordered a stencil at the biggest size they offered but when I received it, it was smaller than I was needing. I then returned the stencil, still had same box and packaging materials it came with. When I reached out to the company about returning the stencil and getting a refund they said they could do it and I would have to pay for return shipping and to give them the tracking number. Okay so I did that. It was returned last Friday, today is Thursday. So far I have sent three emails in the past week to get ahold of them to see if a)they received it and b) when/how can I get my refund. I am still waiting to hear from the company.”
