“The product is very, very good, and the quality is impressive. However, this was our second order for the same print job. I had sent over the amended graphics and the edits we wanted for the 1st print, but it seems they didn't have them. I then got a phone call from someone within the company at a kartdavid email address, I sent the new images to his address (it did not bounce) but all of a sudden we got a refund and I had to do the whole order over again after waiting a few weeks. Despite this, because the quality was superb I give the overall experience 4 stars. I do suggest following up on your order if you have not heard anything just to make sure it's being processed.”
