“Commmunication with the main contact always positive and helpful but bottom line is the company could not do what I wanted which was to have stickers which were translucent when illuminated from behind. Like stained glass. They did two runs, the first very pixelated and the second transparent not translucent. Neither was usable. The company needs a means of enquiry to determine whether a required sticker is feasible before ordering. Alternatively they could offer what some other providers offer, namely a short "trial" run at reduced price before main order. In summary, for me, a waste of £40.”

If someone could share more information about exactly where it was delivered, that might help. This order was short of $400.00. We know how nerve-wracking it is to receive a delivery notification without the package actually in hand. While we were in touch during the search and offered a reprint if it didn’t turn up, we apologise that we couldn't offer more direct answers at the time.
We're very relieved to hear that your package has now been found, but we take delivery issues like this seriously. Moving forward, we will be reviewing our shipping process and carrier communications to help prevent similar issues from happening again.
