“The stickers I orfered from you were surprisingly poor quality. I got a free deal of 100 stickers so at least I didn't lose anything financially but I can't sell them as none of the 100 stickers are good enought quality to sell. They are really poorly cut out (custom shape) at every corner.”
“The proofing process has been nothing but horrendous. The artwork team aren't following my simple instructions but are actually just making it up as they go along. This is causing a lot of stress and upset at a time when I need things to run smoothly (Black Friday/Christmas). Because of the back and forth, it is having a knock on effect with the dispatch times. The actual quality of the stickers is good when they print and cut correctly - however, I am finding that they need to be redone quite often as either the coating is damaged or the cut isn't smooth or as expected. I am not confident that I'll be placing another order as the stress just isn't worth it.”
