I’m really sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order. I’ve looked into this for you and can see that it was dispatched on 2nd September with Royal Mail, so it should have arrived by now.
As I wasn’t aware there was an issue with the delivery, I’m going to send you an email now so we can discuss this further and work out the best way to resolve it for you.
