“The stickers look good, the customer journey is great but it's quite expensive for 500 units and they don't look that ecofriendly (the top seems plastified).”

“The bad and then the good.
The bad: They recently (2025) changed their policies so only 5 sticker designs are allowed per order (despite being the same size), which is incredibly limiting from a creator perspective. They changed this policy without notification, and still allow you to order more than 5, but then will message you afterward saying your order has to be split into separate orders and will cost you a lot more. Despite loyalty and past orders, they aren’t flexible on this in the least bit. I’ve also had multiple issues with the sticker cutters being off-centered and/or having random small cuts in them either due to a bad cutter or faulty operator. Additionally, many of them have been COVERED in small paper shreds from the cutting and it’s very time consuming to try to clean off. Their eco friendly stickers are very susceptible to air moisture damage when not stuck on anything and I’ve lost a bunch of stored stickers and have had to come up with creative ways to store and package them so they don’t curl up and bubble like crazy. I also tried their eco friendly holo stickers and they were simply too dark, splotchy, and didn’t look good. Lastly, they don’t ever run periodic sales or have any kind of discount codes for customer loyalty or larger orders. It’s appears that their number one priority is making money.
The good: Their eco friendly stickers do hold up very well when stuck to things. They’re not outdoor friendly at all, but they can take an occasional splashing no problem. They are also vibrant and fairly durable. The couple of times I have had problems, as long as I’ve provided pictures for proof, they replaced stickers that had issues, which I was somewhat surprised but very grateful for. Additionally, each time I order I ask that each design be placed in its own bag so I can store them in those and have less of a chance for them to bubble and curl over time. So far that has worked out well enough. I do really love their eco sticker products as a whole, because they are similar to a vinyl sticker, but made out of renewable and eco friendly materials instead. Much better for the planet!”

1. Version 1 Remove logos from the current design Keeping the same colors
2. Version 2
And then I just wanted a second version same design just different colors that were specified
They changed the design which I did not want to change. I’ve been waiting a month. Slow to communicate and slow work progress that when returned isn’t even close. Horrible customer service. This happened to me last time with KartDavid when we did the original design.
