“About 40% of the orders we've placed with Sticker It have been incorrect. This last order was not able to be resolved, despite that we followed Sticker It's reorder directions specifically. I appreacite the team trying to resolve the situation, but we will not be using Sticker It in the future.”
“The product itself is great! However I had to knock off one star because on the proofs I received nearly every file I sent had issues. I double checked my files and they didn't have those issues previous to sending so not sure what may be happening from sending to their digital process. It just adds extra time on my end that I don't have to deal with from other companies I've used previously.”
