Quite dissapointed with my first purchase, chose curved edges and stickers were made with straight edges. When I raised this issue I was told that nothing could be done as apparently I had approved the designs. I assumed that I was simply reviewing the design (ie. colour etc.) and that the preview that was sent to us was not indicative of the shape of the edges.

Disappointed with the order completion times. I ordered on the 8th Jan, specifying we needed it by the 15th. Was told you would aim to ship the order within 5 working days. We paid the invoice immediately, then there was nothing here by the 17th Jan. I called and spoke to Lauren who said it was still in production. It got only posted on 23rd and arrived on the 24th, a full week after the event we ordered the stickers for. I do understand, that we should have ordered earlier, and accept next year we need to give more time, but if it was THAT busy, you guys could have told me when we ordered...

The brilliant background is totally disappear under the purple color printing ! ... Nobody saw it in produiction ? Such a long delievry time ... more than 4 weeks for such a bad result ! Try to improve a real HUMAN connection in the future ... regards, Benoit

Funny. I got the review email and I still dont have a product to review. Unfortunately, I cant speak to the product, or the customer service since my product has been delayed for about a week and I have not heard a word from the company. Would have been nice to have someone from the company reach out when a package just stops in the delivery process, but I doubt they track those things. Will have to try another company next time. My guess is the stickers are done well, but cant be sure.

Not as sticky, even the heavy duty, as we needed. Did not stick to textured plastic. I had asked an employee if it would stick to textured plastic before ordering and I was assured it would.

I placed an order for custom shape clear stickers. Unfortunately, no mention was made by the company that the liner on these stickers doesn't have any splits, which makes removing the labels from the backing a problem. Some feed back when the order was placed would've been helpful, but that didn't happen. Other than this, the material and printing seem fine.

Horrible communication, late delivery, product quality was poor. I paid for expedited shipping, they gave me an approximate delivery date, and it was missed by 3 business days.

Very disappointed in my order! Shipping took forever - a shipping label was created on January 11th, and it wasn't given to UPS until January 16th. When it did arrive, it was packed in a very flimsy cardboard mailer and my stickers were inside in just a plastic bad. No additional packaging or branded material for Sticker It. Then the stickers themselves look terrible. The two stars is because the quality was actually very nice, but the colors are so faded from my actual design. (I'm including a side by side of the design printed with anotehr manufacturer - you can clearly see a difference in the colors.) The durability quality of the sticker is great, but that was the only good thing about this order.

The overall products are beautiful. They did not print the proofs though; on all three neon colors (pink, orange, yellow), the third stripe from the left and last stripe on the far right are supposed to be white. Instead, the third and last stripes were printed as the color of the neon background.

The Stickers look beautiful and are cut very nicely. But that's about it. We've tried with multiple persons to add them to the cups. One sticker tore apart while removing it from the transfer paper. Not one sticker did stick evenly on the cup so I doubt that they will survive being in the dishwasher. Which was promised on the website.

Loved the quality of the sticker material, but the print job has an odd pixel-like pattern or fine white dots. The image I submitted was a 400 .Tiff set in CMYK, so I was surprised to see the resolution looking so poor. I really love the quality of the paper thickness and gloss, but I probably won't go with Sticker It because of the printing.
