“Took way longer than the estimate for blank labels. It took over three weeks to get blank labels to even get shipped. Then I got confusing emails listing different items in the shipping notice. I was ordering samples because I’m was looking for a reliable vendor for $2000+ in monthly printing. This will not be the place. A big let down. The labels look fine but I don’t have time to deal with an unreliable business that doesn’t seem to have their operations in order.”
“I ordered two packs of 10. I received one pack of 14 and one pack of 9. When I wrote customer support about being shorted, they offered me a 10% coupon code. So… I have to pay more money to get the number of stickers I had already paid for. The extras are nice of the one but I want what I ordered, which is 10 and 10. I do not recommend them.”
“Design approval resolution was poor - hard to really see what I was approving. Label cut was inside the outside of my sticker. Small details that I can see on my 1600 dpi printer could not be seen. Will likely not use your service again.”
“Ordered stickers that came off straight away in dishwasher so asked for clear ones to be sent out and sent the same which again came off in dishwasher”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am very sorry to hear you have not received your order yet.
I have looked into this for you and found the following:
- You approved your order on Sunday 3rd December meaning your order was due to ship by Thursday the 7th.
- We shipped your order on the 5th of December, 2 days earlier than the deadline.
- Your order was shipped with GlobalMail which is the standard shipping option. I can see the tracking information has been updated today to show it has been received in your country.
We advertise our shipping date as 7 working days to your shipping country. Today marks the 7th day.
There does look to be some minor delay with the shipping courier meaning your order should be with you in the next few days.
I am very sorry that this has happened and I will contact the courier to find out what has caused this delay.
I will drop you an email tomorrow morning with an update.

“Shockingly bad quality on the several samples we ordered. Bad cuts on the edges, many stickers with lines and errors from the printer (why weren't these removed in quality control?) and some colors are completely off (cream printed as blue).”
